Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. See our shipping and returns page for how we handle faulty items.
All prices are in Australian dollars. [GST wording to be confirmed once GST registration is decided.] We try to show colours, sizes and descriptions accurately, but screens vary. If we make a clear pricing error, we will contact you and you can choose to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your dispatch confirmation. If an item is out of stock, we will tell you and refund you in full for anything we cannot send.
Payment is taken when you place your order, through our secure payment providers.
We offer next day delivery. Delivery times, cutoff times and costs are set out on our shipping and returns page. Ownership and risk pass to you on delivery.
Please follow the care and size guidance for each product and supervise your dog with toys and chews. Check gear regularly for wear and replace it if it is damaged.
The Loyal & Co name, logo, words and photos on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Please do not copy them without asking.
To the extent the law allows, and apart from your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
