Loyal & Co is run by Security Pursuit Pty Ltd (ABN 96 078 014 963), trading as Loyal & Co, Sydney NSW 2068. Here is how delivery and returns work.
Order by [cutoff time to be confirmed, for example 12pm AEST] on a business day and we dispatch the same day for next day delivery. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Next day delivery applies to metro areas in our next day zone, including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Adelaide and other capital city metro areas. Remote and rural areas usually take 2 to 5 business days. When you enter your postcode we will tell you if it is outside the next day zone before you pay.

Contact us and we will chase the courier. If your parcel is lost in transit, we will send a replacement or give you a full refund.
Under the Australian Consumer Law you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. If something is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo. We cover the return postage for faulty items.
If you simply change your mind, you can return unused items in their original packaging within [30] days of delivery for a refund or exchange. You pay the return postage. For hygiene reasons, used chews and opened treats cannot be returned for change of mind. This does not affect your rights for faulty items.
