This policy explains how Security Pursuit Pty Ltd (ABN 96 078 014 963), trading as Loyal & Co, Sydney NSW 2068 ("Loyal & Co", "we", "us") handles your personal information. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Your name, email, phone number, delivery and billing address, order history, and anything you tell us when you contact us. If you join our newsletter, we keep your email address. We also collect basic website data such as pages visited, device type and approximate location through cookies and analytics tools.
Card and wallet payments are handled by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
To process and deliver your order, handle returns and warranty claims, answer your questions, prevent fraud, meet our legal obligations, improve our website and, if you agree, send you news and offers.
